A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL MEMBER TO SERVE ON THE JOINT ORANGE-CHATHAM COUNTY ACTION, INC. (JOCCA) BOARD (2006-09-27/R-14)

WHEREAS, Mayor pro tem Bill Strom has been the representative on the Joint Orange-Chatham County Action, Inc. (JOCCA) board since December 2005; and

WHEREAS, the JOCCA meetings are in conflict with the UNC Leadership Advisory Committee meetings, Mayor pro tem Strom has requested that another Council member fill this role;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council appoints Council Member to serve as the Chapel Hill representative on the JOCCA board.
