Dear Mr Kumar Neppalli,

Please accept our petition for a four way stop at the enter section of Churchill Dr and Long Leaf Dr in Chapel Hill.  We have been home owners on Churchill Dr (second home from the enter section) for 12yrs.    

Yesterday (September 17th), we witnessed a horrifying accidents between a car and a person on a bicycle. This is the third or fourth accident we have seen at this enter section not to mention the ones that have almost happened.  Cars are always speeding up and down our street.  Ephesus Elementary School is less than a ¼ of a mile away and there are always children in the neighborhood.  As parents of three children and the accident like yesterday could have been one of our children.

A four way stop should accomplish slowing down traffic and hopeful prevent accidents at this enter section.
