Subject:                      Fairway Hill Subdivision – Application for a Preliminary Plat

Meeting Date:            October 3, 2006

Recommendation:   That the Council approves the Fairway Hill Preliminary Plat with the adoption of Resolution A, included as an attachment to the October 3, 2006 staff report to the Planning Board, with the following changes:

                                    Insert the following stipulation:

Subdivision Street Intersection on Pinehurst Drive:  That in order to minimize clearing and grading, the intersection of the proposed internal subdivision street and Pinehurst Drive, shall be located at the existing driveway curb-cut.
