ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING NO PARKING REGULATIONS (2006-10-23/O-1)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:
Section 1. Section 21-27.1 (c) of the Town Code of Ordinances, “No parking during certain hours” 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday is hereby amended by deleting the following:

Section 2. Section 21-27.9 (c) of the Town Code of Ordinances, “No parking anytime except by residential permit” 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective November 13, 2006.
