A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR TECHNOLOGY NEEDS ASSESSMENT SERVICES WITH RHJ ASSOCIATES, INC. (2006-10-23/R-9.1)

WHEREAS, the Town is engaging in a process to develop a master technology plan for the Town of Chapel Hill; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council and Town Staff are committed to providing a high level of citizen information and customer services; and

WHEREAS, the services of a technology planning professional would help meet those goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Town Manager is authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the Town with RHJ Associates, Inc. for technology needs assessment services at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
