INTRODUCTION
Tonight, the Council continues the Aquabella Subdivision Public Hearing from October 9, 2006. The purpose of this cover memorandum is to forward the Town Manager’s Recommendation to the Council for the Aquabella Preliminary Plat Application. The application proposes to authorize the subdivision of 4.7 acres into four lots located on the east side of Pinehurst Drive, between Burning Tree Drive and Driskel Court. Details are included in the attached memorandum.
MANAGER’S RECOMMEDATION
The Town Manager has reviewed and discussed the key issues with the Town staff. Based on the information in the record to date, the Town Manager’s Recommendation is that the Council adopt revised Resolution A, approving the application with conditions.
We also recommend that the Council adopt Resolution D, referring the applicant to the Special Use Permit process.
