In September the Carrboro member seat of the Board was vacated.
At its September 26, 2006 meeting Chapel Hill member Tab Combs advised she was moving house to Carrboro. The Board agreed by consensus to request that the Council appoints Tab to the vacant Carrboro member seat. Tab was appointed as a Chapel Hill member of the Board 6/25/05. Tab has now moved to Carrboro and wishes to continue to serve on the Board.
There are currently no other applications for the vacant Carrboro member seat.
At its October 24, 2006 meeting members of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board considered applications for the vacated Chapel Hill member seat on the Board.
The Board endorsed the applications by Tim Auble and Linda Gaines.
