A RESOLUTION REFERRING PUBLIC FORUM COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT NORTHSIDE PEDESTRIAN MOBILITY PLAN TO THE TOWN MANAGER AND ATTORNEY AND THE ACTIVE LIVING BY DESIGN ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR REVIEW (2006-11-06/R-1.1)

WHEREAS, the Council has received comments and recommendations from Town Advisory Boards and the public on the draft Northside Pedestrian Mobility Plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council refers these comments to the Town Manager and Attorney for review and comment.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council refers the comments and recommendations on the draft Plan to the Active Living by Design Advisory Committee.
