September 11, 2006 Status: The Council hosted a forum on a Wireless Municipal Network on May 18, 2006. On June 26, 2006, the Council reviewed a proposal to appoint a committee to study the wireless network feasibility and chose instead to request the Manager to provide a proposal for developing a master technology plan that would include considerations for a wireless network.

November 6, 2006 Status: Proposal for development of a Master Technology Plan beginning with a technology needs assessment under review.
