There is currently one vacancy to fill on the OWASA Board of Directors. Interviews have been conducted by this committee and our recommendations follow.
By a unanimous vote, this committee recommends that Alan Rimer be appointed to fill Milton Heath’s seat, which will become vacant on December 31, 2006.
The Committee also recommends that Thatcher Freund be appointed to fill Penny Rich’s seat, which will become vacant on June 30, 2007 because she has served two consecutive terms.
