The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. Adoption of the attached resolution would do so.
The Orange County Board of Commissioners has adopted their meeting calendar, which includes a Joint Planning Hearing that had tentatively been scheduled for Thursday, October 18, 2007. This meeting is now scheduled for Thursday, October 25, 2007.
The Council has tentatively scheduled four sessions to assess the Town Manager on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 6 pm, Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 6 pm, Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 5 pm, and Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 5 pm. It is anticipated that the Council will enter into closed session for these meetings.
Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect these changes.
