INTRODUCTION
Tonight, the Council continues the Fairway Hill Subdivision Public Hearing from October 18, 2006. The purpose of this cover memorandum is to forward the Town Manager’s recommendation to the Council for the Fairway Hill Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application. The application proposes to authorize the subdivision of 5.1 acres into four lots located on the east side of Pinehurst Drive, between Burning Tree Drive and Driskel Court. Details are included in the attached memorandum.
MANAGER’S RECOMMEDATION
The Town Manager has reviewed and discussed the key issues with the Town staff. Based on the information in the record to date, the Town Manager’s recommendation is that the Council adopt revised Resolution A, approving the application with conditions.
