A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGN GUIDELINES RELATING TO THE REGULATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF DUPLEX STRUCTURES (2007-01-08/R-5)

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Chapel Hill enacted changes to the Land Use Management Ordinance relating to the regulation and construction of duplex structures, as proposed by the Community Design Commission; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted changes to the Comprehensive Plan Duplex Design Guidelines;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council refers this item to the Town Manager and the Town Attorney for analysis and recommendations and calls for a Public Hearing on February 19, 2007.
