BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates Council Member Bill Thorpe to serve as the Council’s voting delegate to the National League of Cities’ 2006 Congress of Cities annual meeting December 5 through 9, 2006.
