A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND REFERRING THREE CONCEPT PLAN REVIEWS (2007-01-22/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Council may determine authorizing review of Concept Plans not meeting the threshold requiring Council review of a concept plan; and

WHEREAS, the applicant request for Council Concept Plan Review is within 15 days of a regular Town Council meeting;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council authorizes the request for review of three concept plans and refers their recommendations to the applicants and Town Manager.
