A RESOLUTION REFERRING THE DRAFT 2005 MOBILITY REPORT CARD TO ADVISORY BOARDS FOR COMMENT (2007-01-22/R-11)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill prepared a 2005 Mobility Report Card; and

WHEREAS, the Mobility Report Card is an important element of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan; and

WHEREAS, the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization has identified the Mobility Report Card as part of the Region’s congestion management plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby refers the Draft 2005 Mobility Report Card to the Town Manager, Town Attorney, Planning Board, Transportation Board, Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Greenways Commission, and the Chapel Hill Active Living by Design Partnership Advisory Committee for comment and asks the staff to provide a follow-up report to the Council at its March 26, 2007 meeting.
