A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NORTHSIDE PEDESTRIAN MOBILITY PLAN (2007-01-22/R-12)

WHEREAS, the Active Living by Design Advisory Committee and Town staff have prepared the draft Northside Pedestrian Mobility Plan; and

WHEREAS, the Council has received comments and recommendations from Town Advisory Boards and the public on the draft Northside Pedestrian Mobility Plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council approves the Northside Pedestrian Mobility Plan with the following modifications:

• Change the title to the Northside Mobility Plan,
• Add crosswalks at the ends of the proposed walkways at North Columbia Street and along Church Street, and
• Add sidewalks to the east side of North Graham Street.
