PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. Adoption of the attached resolution would do so.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION

The following changes are for the Council’s consideration:

• The Council had tentatively scheduled its annual meeting with the Legislative representatives for Wednesday, February 21, 2007.  Due to legislator conflicts this meeting is now scheduled for Monday, February 19, 2007 at 7:30 a.m. at the Residence Inn by Marriott (at the corner of US 15-501 and Erwin Road).

RECOMMENDATION

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect these changes.
