At the Council Planning Session on January 12, 2006, the Council established its goals and priorities for that year. The attached update is provided on those goals and priorities. The Council and staff are currently in the process of prioritizing 2007 objectives. We have provided this report in order to maintain continuity of the quarterly update process until those priorities are established.
This plan proposes a schedule for achieving the Town Council’s goals and priorities discussed at the Council’s January 12, 2006 Planning Session. Items are categorized into: Highest Priority, Second Priority, and Third Priority. We have highlighted the February 12, 2007 update.
We note that the proposed implementation plan is for the prior calendar year. This quarterly update refers to the period January – March 2007.
