Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan for Sanctuary at Cobblestone Creek Multi-Family Development, proposed on the south side of Legion Road between the American Legion Post #6 and Turnberry Condominiums.
We recommend that the Council adopt a resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information.
