AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING SPEED REGULATIONS (2007-02-26/O-2)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Section 21-11 (A) (4) of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Forty-five miles per hour” is here by amended by adding the following.

“(l) US 15/501 from a point 0.14 mile south of Wave Road northward to a point 0.30 mile south of Culbreth Road”

Section 2.  This Ordinance shall become effective upon enactment.
