MANAGER’S PRELIMINARY RECOMMENDATION

I have reviewed and discussed the key issue with Town staff. Based on the information in the record to date, we believe that the Council could make the findings required to approve an application for a Special Use Permit.

The Manager’s preliminary recommendation is that the Council adopt Resolution A, approving an application for the North Carolina Botanical Garden Visitor Education Center Special Use Permit, Planned Development-Office and Institutional.
