Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan for 1609 East Franklin Street. The proposal is located on the north side of East Franklin Street between Elliott Road and The Ballet School.
We recommend that the Council adopt the attached resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. For your reference, a copy of the applicant’s Concept Plan Proposal application is copied on the back of this cover memorandum.
