Revisions to proposed site plan and building:

1. Parking was reduced from 42 spaces to 26 spaces.

2. Parking configuration changed from a rectilinear parking lot to a curved parking lot.

3. Building and drive through was rotated 45 degrees to face the intersection of Hwy 54/Barbee Chapel Road and to help screen the drive-through from the Hwy 54 view.

4. Additional landscaping was added in front of the drive-through to help screen the view from Hwy 54.

5. Paved paths were added- one leading from the entry of the bank to the pedestrian/bike path along Hwy 54 and one that runs parallel to Barbee Chapel Road.

6. The one story elements were eliminated- building is a two-story building only.

7. The drive-through was redesigned- the roof was changed from a flat roof to a pitched roof w/metal roofing to match the building, the columns to support the drive-through roof were designed to reflect the detailing of the tower, and a brick panel (with matching brick detail) was added to support the end of the drive-through.

8. The tower was revised- the signage was lowered, the corner piers have additional brick detailing at the top, the fenestration at the top was extended slightly into the brick massing below it, and additional fenestration was added at the tower’s exit door.
