A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HISTORIC PRESERVATION AGREEMENT ON THE OLD CHAPEL HILL PUBLIC LIBRARY (2007-01-08/R-4)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council calls a public hearing for February 12, 2007, to receive public comment on the proposal to convey to the Historic Preservation Foundation of North Carolina, Inc. a preservation agreement on the Old Chapel Hill Public Library at the corner of Franklin and Boundary Streets.
