A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE SOUTHERN COMMUNITY PARK PROJECT (2007-04-11/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill has solicited formal bids by legal notice, in accordance with General Statute 143-129 for construction of the Southern Community Park; and

WHEREAS, the project architect made a procedural error in the bid process;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council rejects all bids for the Southern Community Park project and directs the Manager to rebid the project as soon as possible.
