A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE INTENDED USE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF CAMERON AVENUE AND WILSON COURT (2007-04-11/R-6)

WHEREAS, the University of North Carolina recently acquired property located at the corner of Cameron Avenue and Wilson Court; and

WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Town Council expressing concern with the potential use of this property by the University; and

WHEREAS, the petitioners made a request of Council to seek additional information from the University as to the intended use of this property;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council ask the Mayor to request that the University provide additional information to the Council on the intended use of this property by the University.
