SUMMARY OF TRANSPORTATION BOARD ACTION

Subject: New Member Recommendation

Meeting Date: April 26, 2007

Recommendation: The Transportation Board voted 6-0 to recommend Rudy Juliano for reappointment and Mr. Bharathwajan Iyengar and Mr. Erskine Harris to fill the spots to be vacated by Mr. Gary Barnes and Mr. Jason Baker on June 30, 2007. The Transportation Board also voted to recommend Mr. Nicolas Montgomery as an alternate if Mr. Iyengar or Mr. Harris are unable to accept appointment.
