SUBJECT:	Concept Plan: Belvedere Multi-Family Development (aka Aydan Court)

PURPOSE

Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan for Belvedere, a multi-family development. The proposal is located on the north side of NC 54 East approximately 1,200 feet east of East Barbee Chapel Road.

We recommend that the Council adopt the attached resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.

The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. For your reference, a copy of the applicant’s Concept Plan proposal application form is copied on the back of this cover memorandum.
