A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FINAL 2005 MOBILITY REPORT CARD (2007-05-21/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill prepared a 2005 Mobility Report Card; and

WHEREAS, the Mobility Report Card is an important element of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan; and

WHEREAS, the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization has identified the Mobility Report Card as part of the Region’s congestion management plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby received the Final 2005 Chapel Hill Mobility Report Card.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill directs staff to coordinate with the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization regarding future Mobility Report Cards and Congestion Management Plans.
