BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:
Section 1. Section 21-27.2.4 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Limited parking hours” is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
b) 1-Hour Parking, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
“Street Side From To
Market Street Outer Loop Aberdeen Drive Kildaire Road”
(near 700 Block)
c) 2-Hour Parking, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
“Street Side From To
Market Street Outer Loop Kildaire Road Aberdeen Drive”
(near 300 Block)
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective April 16, 2007.
