AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING PARKING REGULATIONS (2007-06-11/O-3.2)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Section 21-27 of the Town Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by adding the following new section:

Sec. 21-27.2.6. Parking allowed on Saturdays during the University Football Games”

Section 2.  Section 21-27.2.6 of the Town Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

1. “Parking is allowed on north side of Raleigh Road (inbound right travel lane) between Greenwood Road and UNC Visitor Parking Lot.”

Section 3.  This Ordinance shall become effective August 1, 2007.
