SUBJECT:	Response to the Town’s 5-7-07 memo on status of Timberlyne
	Community Mobility Recommendations,

Attached is a map summarizing the Timberlyne Neighborhoods’ Capital Improvement Requests. Taking into account the town staffs May 7th report. the measures we still need are:

• Additional lighting in the sections marked in green on our map. We need these to protect children waiting at the school bus stops in the early morning hours, especially during the winter and also to encourage neighbors to walk more in the evenings.
• Traffic calming at the intersections marked with the red circles. The main purposes of the raised crosswalks are to encourage people to slow down as they drive through our neighborhoods and to adhere to the stop signs, especially those at the school bus stops.
• Placement of a speed limit sign on Kingston Dr. near Weaver Dairy Road,
• Improvements to some of the informal paths in our area,
