A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR 2007-08 AND AUTHORIZING A VARIETY OF RELATED ACTIONS (2007-06-11/R-11)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and enacts the following ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

1. Recommended Budget Ordinance for the 2007-2008 Fiscal Year (O-4.1).
2. Recommended User Fee Policies for 2007-2008 (R-12).
3. Resolution Adopting 2007-2022 Capital Improvements Program (R-13).
