Tonight, the Council considers a Revised Concept Plan for the Gateway Bank and Trust proposed at Meadowmont. A Concept Plan for this site was previously reviewed by the Council on March 19, 2007. The proposal is located at the southwest corner of Barbee Chapel Road and NC 54. The site is adjacent to the Finley Forest neighborhood on the south and is east of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.
The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. For your reference, a copy of the applicant’s Concept Plan proposal application form is copied on the back of this cover memorandum.
We recommend that the Council consider the Concept Plan and adopt the attached resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
