RESOLUTION B

 

A RESOLUTION ADVISING THE TOWN MANAGER THAT THE CHANGE IN THE PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVISIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED A MINOR CHANGE TO THE RESIDENCES AT CHAPEL HILL NORTH SPECIAL USE PERMIT MODIFICATION (2007-06-27/R-19b)

 

WHEREAS, the Town Council approved a Special Use Permit Modification for the Residences at Chapel Hill North in Chapel Hill on April 11, 2007; and

 

WHEREAS, the approval included provisions for affordable housing; and

 

WHEREAS, Radway Design Associates has requested permission to include clarifications as regards the required ratio of one-bedroom and two-bedroom affordable dwelling units in the approved Special Use Permit Modification;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby advises the Town Manager that this request is not considered a minor change to the Special Use Permit Modification.
