The Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission would like to recommend that Debbie Hepp be re-appointed to the CHPAC.
At the June 13, 2007 meeting, CHPAC members voted to amend the bylaws to allow for 16 members, which is why you are receiving this recommendation tonight.
