SUBJECT:      OWASA Board Recommendations

DATE: June 27, 2007

There will be three vacancies to fill on the OWASA Board of Trustees, effective June 30, 2007.  Interviews have been conducted by this committee and our recommendations follow. 

This committee recommends that the Council reappoint Randy Kabrick and Gordon Merklein to fill a second term. The committee also recommends that Alan Rimer be appointed to fill Penny Rich’s seat.
