SUBJECT:	Revised Concept Plan: The Sanctuary at Cobblestone Creek Multi-Family Development

PURPOSE

Tonight, the Council considers a Revised Concept Plan for The Sanctuary at Cobblestone Creek Multi-Family Development, proposed on the south side of Legion Road between the American Legion Post and Turnberry Lane. A Concept Plan for this site was previously reviewed by the Council on February 19, 2007.

The attached memorandum for the Revised Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. For your reference, a copy of the applicant’s Revised Concept Plan proposal application form is copied on the back of this cover memorandum.

We recommend that the Council consider the conceptual plans, and adopt the attached resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
