AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING (2007-09-24/O-1)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1. Section 21-27.2.4 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Limited parking hours”, is hereby amended by adding the following:

“(c) On Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., parking will be limited to three hours on the following:

Street	Side	From	To
Chesley Lane	Both	Weaver Dairy Road	Chesley Court
Muir Lane	Both	Weaver Dairy Road	Tamalpais Point
Sierra Drive	Both	Full Length
Tamalpais Point	Both	Full Length”

Section 2.  This ordinance shall become effective October 29, 2007.
