SUMMARY OF HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION ACTION

Subject:                       Rocky Ridge Farm National Register District Expansion

Meeting Date:           September 13, 2007

Recommendation:      The Commission found that the properties described in the Rocky Ridge Farm National Register District expansion application meet the criteria for listing in the National Register and recommended that they be submitted for listing in the Register.

Vote:                           7 – 0

Ayes:                            Benjamin Brodey, Roland Giduz, Jennifer Koach, Elizabeth Preddy, Sarah David, Stephen Rich, Susan Smith

Issues Raised:           The Commission added that they strongly encourage National Register listing as well as application to become a local historic district.
