PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. Adoption of the attached resolution would do so.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION

The following change is for the Council’s consideration:

• The Council has scheduled a business meeting for Monday, November 5, 2007.  Due to the election on Tuesday, November 6^th, this meeting is now scheduled for Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chamber.

RECOMMENDATION

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect this change.
