A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF NORTH CAROLINA INTERAGENCY COUNCIL FOR COORDINATING HOMELESS PROGRAMS GRANT FOR PROJECT HOMELESS CONNECT ORANGE COUNTY (2007-10-08/R-7)

WHEREAS, the North Carolina Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs has made funds available for implementing Project Homeless Connect; and

WHEREAS, the North Carolina Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs has awarded the Town $1,925 for Project Homeless Connect; and

WHEREAS, the grant funds would be used for expenses related to Project Homeless Connect to be held on October 25, 2007.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill authorizes the Manager to accept the North Carolina Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs Project Homeless Connect grant and to execute all documents related to this grant.
