Recommendation: |
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board recommends that the Council approve the application as set out in Resolution A of the Town Manager’s memorandum with the correction to stipulations 5 & 6 that the connector roads be a minimum of 27-foot wide measured from back of curb to back of curb. |

The Board considered that the language of stipulation 4b is unclear and recommended it should be clarified so that the developer is required to provide a continuous sidewalk on adjoining property along Purefoy Road between the site’s east and west property lines. |
