BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council calls a public forum on November 7, 2007, to receive comments on whether the supplemental public access rate should be: adjusted for inflation to 80 cents per month; continued at the present rate of 78 cents per month; reduced; or eliminated.
