AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING (2007-11-07/O-4)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:
Section 1. Section 21-27.2.4 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Limited parking hours”, is hereby amended by adding the following:
“(d) Three-hour parking, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday on School Days:

For purposes of this subsection, the term, “School Days” shall be defined as any days on which the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System is holding classes for students.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective December 10, 2007.
