A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL MEMBER TO THE ORANGE COUNTY LAND TRUST AFFORDABLE HOUSING MAINTENANCE TASK FORCE (2007-11-07/R-9)

WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners created the Land Trust Affordable Housing Maintenance Task Force; and

WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that the Chapel Hill Town Council appoint a member to the task force;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby appoints __________________to serve as Chapel Hill’s representative to the Orange County Land Trust Affordable Housing Maintenance Task Force.
