A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL MEMBER TO THE ORANGE COUNTY LAND TRUST AFFORDABLE HOUSING MAINTENANCE TASK FORCE (2007-11-07/R-9)

WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners created the Land Trust Affordable Housing Maintenance Task Force; and

WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that the Chapel Hill Town Council appoint a member to the task force;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby appoints Council Member Bill Thorpe to serve as Chapel Hill’s representative to the Orange County Land Trust Affordable Housing Maintenance Task Force.
