That the Council approve a Special Use Permit Modification for the Chapel Hill Public Library Expansion application with enactment of Revised Resolution A (Attachment3) as attached to the Addendum Memorandum to the Staff Report dated, October 30, 2007 with the following changes: |

Land Use Intensity: Reduce the number of parking spaces from 242 to 228. |

To not approve parking on Library Drive and revise stipulation #8 to read: |

No Library Drive On-Street Parking: That no on-street parking spaces be provided along Library Drive . |

Issues Raised: |
1. A Board member believed a Town project should endorse parking minimums. |
