A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE TO CONSIDER LOWERING THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-HOUSING MINIMUM LAND AREA REQUIREMENT IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS IN PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES (2007-11-19/R-8)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby schedules a Public Hearing for February 18, 2008, for the purpose of considering amending Chapel Hill’s Land Use Management Ordinance provisions to consider lowering the Planned-Development-Housing minimum land area requirement in residential districts in particular circumstances.
